This Privacy Policy explains how ADDERS MARKETING AGENCY S.R.L. ("Adders", "we", "us", "our") collects, uses, stores, and shares personal data obtained through the website adders.pro (the "Site"). We process personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 ("GDPR") and Romanian Law No. 190/2018.

2.1 Data you provide via the contact form

When you submit the "Work with us", "Join the crew", or "Apply now" form, we collect:

• Full name
• Email address
• Company name (optional)
• The contents of your message
• Submission timestamp and the form type you selected

2.2 Data collected automatically

The Site does not use Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, advertising trackers, or any other third-party analytics. The hosting provider may keep standard server logs (IP address, user agent, request time) for the limited period required for security and operational integrity — typically 30 days.

2.3 Cookies

The Site does not set marketing or analytics cookies. Limited technical storage (sessionStorage) is used only to remember UI state during your visit and is cleared when you close the tab.

• Respond to your inquiry — legal basis: pre-contractual measures at your request (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)) and our legitimate interest in responding to business contacts (Art. 6(1)(f)).
• Evaluate job applications — legal basis: pre-contractual measures at your request (Art. 6(1)(b)).
• Maintain the Site's security and availability — legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)).
• Comply with legal obligations — tax, accounting, anti-fraud (Art. 6(1)(c)).

• Contact-form messages: up to 24 months after last interaction.
• Job applications: up to 12 months after the decision, unless you ask us to delete sooner.
• Server logs: up to 30 days.
• Records required by tax/accounting law: as required by Romanian law (typically 10 years).

5. Who we share your data with

We do not sell personal data. We share it only with the processors and recipients strictly necessary to operate the Site and respond to you:

• Google Cloud Platform (Google Ireland Ltd.) — hosting on Google App Engine in the EU region.
• Email infrastructure — providers used to deliver and store our business email (e.g., Google Workspace).
• Authorities — where required by Romanian or EU law (court order, lawful request).

All processors are bound by data-processing agreements (DPA) and process data within the EU/EEA or under EU-approved transfer mechanisms (Standard Contractual Clauses).

6. International data transfers

We aim to keep all personal data within the EU/EEA. Where a processor transfers data outside the EU/EEA (e.g., engineering support under Google's global infrastructure), we rely on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) and supplementary safeguards as required.

You have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you (Art. 15)
• Rectify inaccurate or incomplete data (Art. 16)
• Erase your data (Art. 17), subject to legal-retention obligations
• Restrict or object to processing (Arts. 18, 21)
• Data portability (Art. 20)
• Withdraw consent at any time, where processing is based on consent (Art. 7(3))

We apply industry-standard organisational and technical measures to protect personal data: TLS encryption in transit, access controls, least-privilege accounts, and regular review of our processors' security practices. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security; we will notify the relevant authority and affected persons of any qualifying personal data breach in line with GDPR Arts. 33–34.

9. Children

The Site is not intended for individuals under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, contact us and we will delete it.

10. Third-party links

The Site may link to external pages (e.g., Telegram, LinkedIn). We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those services. Review their policies separately.

11. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Effective date" at the top reflects the current version. Material changes will be communicated on the Site.
